《意难忘》是由广东广播电视台和珠江电影集团联合出品 [71]，王为执导，李宁儿、楚国、黄郁钦、赵琦君、林真豪担任编剧，王识贤、张凤书、李李仁、杨宝玮、韩瑜等主演的时装商战剧 [57] [72]。该剧以商场竞争为背景，细腻描绘了其中交织的人情义理，以及亲情、友情、爱情的温暖与复杂，更深刻揭示了人性的善恶美丑。主人公王胜天因情感无所寄托，将全部精力倾注于事业。随着剧情推进，故事重心逐渐转向以王玉婷、王天助、蔡志英、杨建志等为代表的第二代主角，围绕王家与蔡家，展开了错综复杂的家族恩怨与激烈的商场争夺 [20-21]。《意难忘》于2004年至2006年在民视首播、2007年起在CCTV8播出 [21]，共有379集 [73]。于2007年9月在央视播出，播出后收视率达到2.23% [16]。该剧主题曲《情难忘》获得了第16届台湾金曲奖 [60]。
